Come spend a relaxing and creative afternoon learning to paint daisies and wildflowers in watercolour!
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, explore watercolour techniques, and build confidence with their painting.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn how to work with:
- Water-to-paper ratios and how they affect your paint
- Wet-on-wet techniques for creating beautiful, soft washes
- A variety of watercolour techniques and applications
- Masking fluid to preserve areas of your painting
- The importance of values and how light and dark areas can bring a painting to life
- How to work with professional-grade watercolour supplies
We’ll be creating a finished painting on 8.5"x11" watercolour paper.
A Relaxed, Supportive Learning Environment
This workshop is intentionally kept small so that everyone has plenty of opportunity for one-on-one guidance, individual support, and questions throughout the process.
We’ll also build in drying time as we work, giving you time to chat, ask questions, experiment with your techniques, and enjoy the creative process without feeling rushed.
The class takes place in a bright, welcoming studio filled with positivity, making it a wonderful space to relax, create, and connect with others who enjoy making art.

All materials and supplies are included! You’ll be working with professional-grade materials, so there’s nothing you need to bring except yourself and your enthusiasm for creating.

Masking fluid will be used during this workshop. If you have a latex allergy or sensitivity, please be aware that masking fluid may contain latex. If you have concerns about whether this workshop is suitable for you, please reach out before booking.
Studio Access Note:
The studio is located in a loft space and is accessed by stairs, which may not be suitable for all participants.

Bookings are considered final, as each reservation allows me to thoughtfully prepare materials and create a welcoming, well-balanced group experience.
